Abstract Expressions

Elemental Exit

By Stephen Ulrich

I am not a fan of rules, however if it is indeed true that I can not take it with me, then I hope to leave these Philosophies to those who remain behind.

When it is my time, and I fade softly into the veil, leaving all of me that is not of spirit behind. May my actions of this lifetime inspire.

Communication, allowing pathways for others to follow; words, symbols, writing, and awareness are but a few of the tools I placed before you. The ability to listen, watch, and feel were lessons I attempted to share, as without communication our empathy can not breathe and our humanity is kept isolated. That communication is necessary, allowing an expression that must conveyed to manifest our truths and lead us to our completions.

It seems that fear and anxiety ever seeks to separate us from our calm. I hope to have left a legacy that taught a grounding, allowing for self care to be of second nature, and centering to be simply a way of life. That by my actions I have allowed others to feel comfortable finding their calm, their breath, their knowing. To be ever sheltered against the foolishness of unnecessary chaos.

From my actions may you gleam an understanding of how important it is to be your authentic self. To speak your truth, walk your walk, and create your world. To pursue what is best for all concerned, never allowing selfishness to taint you.

That passions may command your moments as it is not  enough to simply survive. One must touch the face of God by pursuing their passions; by dancing to their Hearts song; by Screaming into the void demanding that the demons of their life cower in awe before their expression.

That through my example they will be able to walk spirit’s path with rare comfort, enhancing all they encounter.

When it is my time to fade into the veil, leaving all of me that is not of spirit behind...

Bury me in the wind, allow me to ride the breeze carrying my message so that I may ever whisper sweet wisdoms to those who listen.

Bury me in the earth so that I may be grounding to those in need, allowing the strength for them to create a structure that serves and enhances their power.

Bury me in the water's flow so that I might become the catalyst, my currents eroding those walls that would imprison your heart and impede love’s touch.

Bury me in the fire that I might ignite the passions of others, burning away those false anxieties that would dampen their intensity, limit their ecstacy, or define their joy.

Lost Joy

I stopped writing today

I still have so many things to say

Life sucked me into its illusion

Responsibilities a demanding delusion

My future cannot wait

Destiny, though some call it fate

It’s call ever echoes my reality

Though society colours it a senility

I rush to create a finale

Hoping completion does not dally.

Praying life lets go

Allowing me into the universal flow

I stopped writing today

Perhaps it’s the wrong thing to throw away

Goals and completions, we allow in

may well be our true selves end

January 26th 2020

This morning, January 26th 2020, I was straightening out my expo gear. Gathering collected business cards to file in my catalog, taking applications for future expos to put in my file cabinets as I set crystals aside for cleansing and making sure my equipment was in order.

I was discarding old signup sheets when I saw writing on the back of one. In the quad cities there is a couple who are returning clients and always a pleasure to read for. This year I read for them on a Saturday and they came by Sunday when I was busy reading for a young Lady and left me this note.

You ask Why Me?

Because you have a certain set of skills acquired through many lifetimes that makes you the right person.  Enjoy your journey. <3

After their reading on Saturday, we were chatting and one of the subjects was; why they came to my table as I am always trying to be better, to be welcoming, to be healing and safe. I hoped they could give me some insights, both negative and positive. We never discussed this too deeply as the expo was crowded and other topics took precedence.

What I like about the note is that it can be used by everyone in their present moment rather they are dealing with challenges or gifts. I hope everyone who reads this can feel its depth.

I am ever awed by the people who come to sit at my table. They are, without exception, incredible people who gift me with their presence.

Power of Your Name

Indeed ,What is in a Name

Amazing how the subconscious or perhaps the heart steers the conscious and allows it to flow towards a goal that allows us to be better today than we were yesterday.

One such item for me is my on-line name, dracoeleven. I chose it soon after I began my journey to find the path that would honor my core. This is not text book nor is it fantasy it is however a bit of both with a side of symbolism.

Draco is a constellation who overwhelms the northern sky with its size, however it's stars are dim to allow it's children and grandchildren constellations to outshine it as he watches over and protects them.

Thuban the polar star of pre Christ sits at Draco’s heart making Draco the only constellation to revolve around its heart. The legends, the religions and the dragon legacy that surround Draco are so many I could never cover them in a single sitting so we will save those for another day.

Eleven is a master number and is the most intuitive of all numbers.

It represents illumination, access to the subconscious, insight without use of rational, and sensitivity.

The number eleven has all the aspects of the number 2 enhanced and charged with charismas, leadership, and inspiration. For a number eleven peace is found more in faith than logic .It is a psychics number and a milepost on the way to being a 33. The number eleven stands for duality and balance.

It is also 1/2 of 1111.

Amazing really how something as simple as how we view ourselves can shape our lives ....

Perhaps a rose would not smell so sweet if it defined it's self as an onion....

As I stood in the yard with the cool damp air softly caressing me, the sun's pale morning light slanted thoughtfully through the motionless leaves as the air vibrated with a dove's lonesome mantra, I looked down and spied a single grey feather perched on the dew damped grass between my feet. Awareness paints pictures that serves one's soul.
